The Islamic Federation sought to ban the film. The court ruled that the film, Fitna, does not incite to hatred. In rejecting the petition by the Islamic Federation to ban the film, the judge said that although Member of Parliament Geert Wilders comments might be provocative, they did not break the law. (IsraelNN.com) Palestinian Authority terrorists murdered two Israelis Wednesday afternoon in an attack on the Nachal Oz Crossing fuel depot near the Karni Crossing into Gaza. The attack began with a barrage of mortar shells aimed at the Gaza Belt communities of Nachal Oz and Alumim. As the mortar fire continued, local sources said terrorists infiltrated the Karni area and began shooting. A terrorist cell of some six to seven operatives used the cover of mortar fire to infiltrate through the depot, which Israel uses to deliver humanitarian aid and thousands of tons of fuel supplies to Gaza Arabs almost daily. (IsraelNN.com) Foreign Ministry officials said Wednesday night that terrorist groups chose the Nachal Oz Crossing fuel depot as the site of a fatal attack in order to get Israel to stop the fuel supply to Gaza. “Today’s attack again proves that the terrorists in Gaza not only attack Israelis, but also attempt to damage the civilian infrastructure that allows for normal life in Gaza,” they said. Leading hareidi-religious rabbis called last week for a ban on the popular Shefa Shuk (Plenty Market) supermarket chain - but later relaxed it somewhat. Shefa Shuk is owned by Dudi Weissman, and caters to the religious public. Weissman also owns Tel Aviv's trendy AM-PM chain of convenience stores, open 24 hours a day, seven days a week - including Sabbath (Saturday). (IsraelNN.com) The Intelligence and Terrorism Information Center issued a report Thursday confirming that Israel’s unilateral surrender of Gaza and forcible extraction of Gaza's Jewish residents has lead to total Hamas control of the Gaza Strip. (IsraelNN.com) Residents of Kibbutz Negba were surprised to receive letters over the weekend from an elderly “Palestinian refugee” asking them to leave their homes. The letter claimed that the kibbutz was built on the remnants of the destroyed Arab village Beit Afa, which the letter said was “ethnically cleansed” in the 1930s. The letter writer promised European Union funding to any residents of the kibbutz who would “go back to Europe” or America and leave their property for “refugees” and their offspring.
